Complete Registration Process by making a payment of Rs. 1,000/-

Submit Admission form at (https://accsoftug.pimrindore.ac.in/OAP/Login.aspx) along with First Installment of Semester Fees for provisional admission

UG Programs

1. Copy of mark sheet of 10th and 12th class.

2. Transfer Certificate (in original).

3. Migration Certificate (in original).

4. Affidavit (for change in name/surname).

5. Attach a copy of Conduct and Character Certificate from the Principal of the institute / schol last studied.

6. 5 Photographs of candidate.

7. 1 Photograph of Father and 1 of Mother.

8. Caste certificate in case of SC / ST / OBC.

9. Jain Minority cartificate for Jain community..

10. Gap certificate in case of any gap during study.

PG Programs

1.Copy of mark sheet of 10th ,12 th and Graduation.

1. Printout of CMAT Mark sheet (if Applicable)

4. Photocopies of 10th Class, 12th Class and Graduation Mark Sheets (Two photocopies).

5. Original Migration Certificate (Not applicable for graduates of DAVV).

6. Domicile Certificate (Compulsory) for MP Domicile Candidates (Two photocopies).

7. Original Transfer Certificate (Compulsory).

8. Original Character Certificate.

9. Photocopy of Identity Proof and Address Proof (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter Id card, Passport, Bank Passbook, etc).

10. Affidavit for any Gap in continuous education (If required).

11. Affidavit for any change in the Name / Surname (If required).

12. Four Recent Color passport size Photograph.

13. Photo Copy of Caste Certificate (for Reserve category SC / ST / OBC / Minority).

14. Photo Copy of Income Certificate (for Reserve category SC / ST / OBC / Minority).

15. All the admitted students are required to fill “Anti Ragging Affidavit” online compulsorily (www.antiragging.in or www.amanmovement.org).

16. All the admitted students are required to submit Print out of “Anti Ragging Affidavit” latest by 31st August.
