Eligibility |
Eligibility and Selection Procedure for PharmD in Poona College of Pharmacy The candidate must be an Indian National. 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects : Mathematics or Biology. A pass in D.Pharm course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmcy Act. Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations. Candidate appering in 10+2 or Second Year D.Pharm will also be eligible for appering in Pharm.D. Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Test Conducted by the university. |

Selection Process
For B.Pharm course, candidate should secure valid score in Entrance Test (PHARMUG).
For B.Pharm, PharmD (Post Baccalaureate) course, candidate should secure valid score in Entrance Test (PHARMPG).
For Pham.D course, candidate should secured valid score in Entrance Test Conducted by the university.
Admission Process
Candidate wish to appear for the entrance test is online computer based.
Entrance Test Fee:
Fee, once paid, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Interested candidate should visit official website of the institute to register first.
a) Create their login credential
b) Have a scanned image of their recent passport size photograph (Refer to guidelines mentioned on the Website)
c) Have a scanned image of their signature, ready before filling up the online application form.
d) Read the procedure and guidelines for online payments of test fee which is to be made through Credit Card / Debit Card/ Internet Banking.
The candidate may then proceed to fill the form and submit the completed online application form.
Take print out of the filled up form and keep safe for future reference.
Candidates should submit the completed online application form on or before the last date mentioned in the website.

The following certificates in original along with self-attested two copies each should be submitted at the time of counseling
1. Your letter for Counselling.
2. For a Proof of date of Birth: 10th Certificate or School/College Leaving Certificate and Certificate of Domicile/Nationality Certificate.
3. A Certificate of the Principal/Headmaster of the School for having studied for 11th and 12th standards.
4. Statement of marks of 10th std examination.
5. Statement of marks of 12th std examination.
6. Statement of marks of D.Pharm. I and II year (if applicable).
7. Transfer Certificate from the Institution in which you had studied last.
8. Migration Certificate (for students who had joined any other course after 12th).
9. Anti-Ragging Undertaking for all students seeking fresh admission to First Year UG & PG courses.
10. Gap Certificate (if applicable).
11. Character Certificate from a responsible person.
12. Certificate of Medical Fitness.
13. An affidavit in the given format signed by you and countersigned by your parent/guardian.
14. Six recent passport-size photographs with your names written on backside.
15. The amount of Tuition fees, other fees and Hostel fees in case you need an admission to Hostel.
16. Caste Certificate and Caste Validity Certificate issued by Govt. of Maharashtra.
17. Aadhar Card Photo Copy.
