Applications can also be directly submitted to the admission office

Duly filled downloaded application from the website can be sent along with DD for Rs. 350/- by registered post to the Director Admissions

The following photocopies of the testimonials should be enclosed along with the filled in application form.

UG Courses

• Mark sheet of 12th or qualifying examination or equivalent
• 10th Mark Sheet
• Transfer & Conduct certificate from the institution last studied
• Community Certificate
• Migration certificate for other state candidates
• 5 Passport size photographs of the applicant
• Other necessary documents like First Graduate, Income Certificate, Aadhar copy etc.,

PG Courses 

• UG Mark Sheet
• UG Provisional & Degree Certificate.
• Mark sheet of 12th or qualifying examination or equivalent
• 10th Mark Sheet
• Transfer & Conduct certificate from the institution last studied
• Community Certificate
• Aadhar Copy
• Migration certificate for other state candidates
• 5 Passport size photographs of the applicant
• Other necessary documents

All the above original certificates should be submitted at the time of admission
