5. Proforma-I (for CAP candidates)
6. Gap Certificate (if applicable)
7. Caste Certificate ( for Reserved Category CAP candidates)
8. Caste Validity Certificate ( for Reserved Category CAP candidates)
9. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate valid up to 31st March 2020 ( if applicable)
10. Aadhaar card (UID Number)
11. Nationality Certificate or Birth Certificate or Passport
12. Domicile Certificate

8. Certificate of Indian Nationality in the name of the Candidate
