Admission to the above program is based on marks obtained in 10+2.

Fill application form

Along with the filled application form, the candidates are required to submit the self attested photo copies (one copy each) of

the following documents:

1. Madhyamik Admit Card

2. Madhyamik Mark Sheet

3. H. S. (+2 Stage) Mark Sheet

4. Caste certificate for ST/SC students (essential for availing any quota)

5. P.R.C. /P.R.T.C./ C.R.C.

6. School Leaving Certificate (original to be submitted at the time of admission)

7. Employer’s No Objection Certificate for employees

8. 4 (Four) copies of recent photographs (1 copy passport size photograph on the application form, 2 copies passport size photographs and 1 copy stamp size at the time of admission).

All certificates in original are to be produced during the time of submission of forms as well as at the time of admission for verification.

Incomplete applications in any form or without the necessary documents as mentioned above shall be rejected.
