National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi (NUSRL) has been established by Act No. 4 of Jharkhand State Assembly in 2010. It has been recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) in September 2011 u/s 22 of the UGCAct of 1956 and approval u/s.12B is in its final stage.
The University has catered not only in the field of legal education but also strives toenhance legal awareness to the common masses residing in various pockets of Jharkhand so thatthe University can take part in developing the socio economic standard of Jharkhand.
