Eligibility and Selection Procedure for BCom LLB (Hons) in NEF Law College Candidate should have passed 10+2 with minimum 45% marks, 42% for OBC and 40% Sc/ST category as per bar council of India. Maximum age should be 20 years for general category and 22 years for SC/ST canddiates. Reservation as per norms laid in relevant Act/ rule of Govt./ Gauhati University/ Bar Council of India. Selection Process: Valid Score in Entrance Examination conducted by the College. |

Selection Process
Admission to LLM is based on marks obatined in written test conducted by conducted by Gauhati University
Admission to LLB program is based on the basis of merit.
BA LLB, BCom LLB and BBA LLB admission is based on Entrance Examination conducted by the College.
Admission Process
Interested candidate may visit college office to get admission form & prospectus on payment of Rs. 500/-
Or
Candidate may send DD for Rs. 550/- made in favour of "NEF Law College" payable at Guwahati to get admission form and prospectus at their place.
Admission Form & Prospectus can also be downloaded from the website : www.nefcollege.org .
A Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- (Five hundred only) has to be enclosed with the downloaded Form.
Students are required to upload the following documents if apply admission online.
(a) Birth Certificate or 10th or equivalent Examination Certificate.
(b) 10+2 and 10th or equivalent examination Marksheets & Pass Certificate
(c) Degree Marksheet & Pass Certificate (if not passed Five Year Integrated law programme)
(d) LL.B. / Five Year Law Marksheets & Pass Certificates (for LLM only)
(e) Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended
(f) Caste / Tribe Certificate from Competent Authority (if applicable)
(g) Migration Certificate (wherever applicable. It can be submitted after Admission)
Off-line applicants who wants to appear in the Entrance examination should fill up the enclosed Application Formand submit the same to the College Office on or before the mentioned last date of submission of ApplicationForms. Along with the duly filled in Application form, the student should submit
