Admission Process

Candidate may get application form for admission by visiting admission office of the college.

Fill application form.

Dully filled application form attach with required documents should be submitted to the college.

 Incomplete and incorrect application will be rejected.

The fees once paid will not be refunded

The following original documents are required to submit at the time of admission along with 3 sets of  zerox  copies

a)    SSLC or equivalent marks card

b)    PDC / 10+2 / HSC or equivalent marks card

c)    B.Sc. Mark cards (for M.Sc. Nursing Candidates)

d)    Transfer certificates

e)    Eligibility certificate (if necessary)

f)    Migration certificates (if necessary)

g)    Caste certificate  (for SC/ST candidates)

h)    Nativity certificate

i)    Conduct certificate

j)    3 passport size colour photograph

Original certificates submitted at the time of admission will be returned only after the completion of the course.
