Option2: DOWNLOAD APPLICATION FORM & send the filled in form along with a demand draft for Rs. 600/- drawn in favour of MUST-CAD, payable at Lakshmangarh or Sikar to: Dean, College of Arts, Science and Humanities, Mody University, Lakshmangarh, Dist. Sikar, Rajasthan 332311, India.

Option3: Send demand draft for Rs. 600/- drawn in favour of MUST- CAD,  payable at Lakshmangarh or Sikar along with complete postal address on a separate sheet of paper to:

Option4: Application Forms are available at the designated branches of Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC). 

Option5 : Prospectus and Application Form can also be obtained in person upon payment of Rs. 600/- in cash from Mody University-Lakshmangarh Office.

Fee Payment Options: The Fee is payable by Demand Draft  in favour of MUST-CAD, drawn at State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur or Bank of Baroda or Oriental bank of Commerce, Lakshmangarh, Distt. Sikar (Rajasthan). On line transaction: MUST-CAD OBC A/c No.11932091000033 (IFSC code ORBC 0101193) or SBBJ A/c No. 61017600007 (IFSC code SBBJ0010124) and fax the counter slip of the deposited details along with the name & class of the student.
