7. Certificate from the employer in case of employee of Govt. of Haryana
8. Scheduled Caste Certificate
9. Backward Class Certificate
10. Physically Handicapped Certificate
11. Ex- Servicemen Certificate/ Freedom Fighters
12. Certificate of Medical Fitness
13. Proof of Annual income from all sources (SC candidates )
14. Migration Certificate , if applicable
15. Anti Ragging Certificate
16. 3 Color & 3 B/W Passport size photograph.

All Originals and 3 sets of attested photo-copies of all applicable documents/testimonials/photos/certificates must be brought at the time of reporting.
