MBA

List of enclosures:

1. Attested photo copies of mark list form SSLC onwards

2. Attested photo copy of Eligibility test scores (KMAT, CAT, CMAT etc)

3. Other eligibility certificates

4. Two Passport size photograph (Name written in the other side)

MCA

List of enclosures:

1. SSLC, mark lists of all semesters of Graduation, Degree certificate (3 attested photocopies of each with original certificates)

2. Attested photo copy of Kerala Entrance allotment memo, Entrance Hall ticket

3. Other eligibility certificates (Migration, Eligibility, Caste and Income Certificates) – 3 attested photocopies of each with original certificates

4. Four Passport size photograph (Name to be written in the other side)
