Eligibility and Selection Procedure for MCA in Mar Athanasios College for Advanced Studies Candidate should have passed Bachelors Degree with minimum 50% (with Mathematics / Statistics or Business Statistics) / Computer Science / Computer Application / Engineering and Technology as a Main / Subsidiary / Core / Complementary) of minimum three years duration in any discipline with Mathematics at 10+2 level. OR A pass with not less than 50% marks in BCA degree of minimum three years duration from a recognized University.
Reservation is for SC/ST candidates as per govt norms. A relaxation of 5% marks from the prescribed minimum shall be allowed in the case of physically handicapped persons. Lateral Entry- Duration 2 years: Pass Bachelor's Degree with minimum 50% marks in the discipline of Computer Science or Information Technology with Mathematics/ statistics as a Subsidiary subject at the Degree level. OR A pass with not less than 50% marks in BCA degree of minimum three years duration from a recognized University. Reservation is for SC/ST candidates as per govt norms.
