Eligibility and Selection Procedure for MBA in LM Thapar School of Management Candidate should be a Graduate Degree in any discipline with 50% in aggregate marks from recognised board. Or Post Graduate Degree in any discipline with 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university/institute. Or A graduate Degree with a pass in all parts/sections of the Intermediate examination of CA/ ICWA/ ACS. Candidates having extraordinary managerial/leadership potential demonstrated through at least one year of experience are exempt from having 50% marks in their graduation/post-graduation. Selection Process
Admission to the MBA program is based on marks obtained in CAT/ NMAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ GRE/ Thapar Entrance Test Score.
For admission to the Executive MBA, candidate should have minimum work experience 6 years, Personal Interview.
Admission to the Ph.D program, candidates must have qualified NET/JRF (UGC/CSIR) or have a valid score in one of the six tests, namely CAT/GMAT/GRE/GATE/NMAT/XAT.
For admission to the Executive -Ph.D program, candidates must have a minimum of five years full-time teaching/research/industry experience.
