All the applicants must have passed 10th and 12th with minimum 40% in intermediate overall and minimum 40% in aggregate with Physics (P), Chemistry (C) and Mathematics (M) as compulsory subjects and Chemistry.

All candidates must have passed (10+2) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Computer Sciences or Biotechnology or Biology, as one of the compulsory subject.

Applicant must have secured a minimum score of 65% marks aggregate overall and 70% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) in Class XII.

Applicant who has passed 10th and 12th in Science stream or its equivalent from any recognized Board having secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical vocational subjects.
