Attached Documetns with the application form:
- Photocopies of 10th Std. and 12th std. marks cards
- Photocopies of degree marks cards
- Proof of CMAT score is preferred Or MAT
- DD for Rs. 1,000/- favouring JKSHIM made payable at Mangalore towards the cost of application and registration.
