Application Procedure for MBA in Institute of Entrepreneurship DevelopmentIMBA Application Form can be available and downloaded from the website of the Institute.
Applicants may visit www.iedodisha.com and download the application form from the link Notification for IMBA 2017-18. The Application Form can also be collected personally from IED, Odisha, Plot-123, Sector-A, Zone-A, Mancheswar Industrial Estate, PoRasulgarh,Bhubaneswar-751010.
Application fee Payment: The application fee of Rs. 300/- for general category candidates and Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/OBC/PH, can made in shape of Demand Draft in favour of “IED, Odisha” payable at Bhubaneswar and be sent along with the filled in application form.
Documents to be submitted with the hard copy of the filled in application form:
a. Original Demand Draft favouring “IED, Odisha” payable at Bhubaneswar may be attached with duly filled in Application Form.(Rs. 300/- for General Category and Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/OBC/PH.
b. Mark sheets and Certificates of 10th and +2 / Diploma examinations.
c. Original C.L.C. and Conduct Certificate from the institution last attended.
d. SC/ST/Physically Handicapped Certificate from the competent authority by such candidates may be submitted.
e. Three recent passport size photographs may be submitted.
f. Migration Certificate if obtained may be submitted by Students who have passed CBSE / ICSE Examinations. This can be submitted later within 15 days from the date of admission.
