The placement team of Indira College of Engineering and Management (ICEM) works in close association with the HOD’s of each stream to offer various value-added sessions for the students, to ensure that they are better equipped and facilitated for a smooth campus to corporate transition.
- The Placement activity at Indira College of Engineering & Management (ICEM) is headed by Mr. Shashi Bhat, Dean Talent Management & Corporate Relations.
- The department uses latest support tools for their placement activities.
- The Placements Division arranges Guest Lectures, Industrial tours, interactive sessions by industry experts to help the students understand industry expectations and latest market trends.
- The Department also assists the Students in acquiring internships.
- We have a separate in-house Talent Management Team for Soft Skills and Aptitude Training Program.
Placement Policy
- The placement team endeavors to provide assistance to all genuinely interested & eligible BE students towards beginning their careers with organizations of repute.
- A single-offer-letter-per-student policy is very strictly followed which means that once a student is selected by a company he/she is not allowed to appear for any other company interviews scheduled through the college.
- Each student need to submit the percentage of marks and contact details in VI Semester, If they fail in submitting /updating the mark list by the end of the VI semester they will not be permitted to attend the interviews starting from VII semester onwards.
