Eligibility and Selection Procedure for MBA in Indian Institute of Technology - Kharagpur Graduates (or professional qualification equivalent to that of a University degree recognized by the UGC) in any discipline with first class or 60% marks (55% for SC/ ST) earned in their degree from a recognized/ reputed University for: regular candidates, sponsored candidates, NRI candidates and foreign nationals. For Defence personnel the minimum percentage of marks in qualifying degree will be 55%. For other categories relaxation according to GOI norms will apply. Final year students (of the above-mentioned programme) are also eligible to apply. Such candidates, if selected, will be admitted provisionally, on the condition that they meet all requirements for the qualifying degree before the start of the program and will produce provisional certificate of completion within two months of joining the program. Selection Process: Valid Score in CAT/ XAT/ MAT. |

Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (IIT-K) Admission Procedure
For admission in LLB/ LLM
Applicants are required to apply online. Application fee is Rs. 3,000/- for General/ EWS/ OBC Male/ Transgender and Rs. 1, 500/- for all Female or SC/ ST/ PwD candidates. Women candidates are exempted from the payment of application fees.

STEP-I: Fill in the ONLINE application form
Register with Your Email Id and Login. FILL in the appropriate data. Please note that you have to upload your testimonials wherever it is required to validate your information along with your digital photograph and signature.
STEP-II: Make PAYMENT and SUBMIT Application
Payment of application fee has to be made through online payment gateway only. However, women candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.
STEP-III: Take PRINT
After final submission of your online application, you will be able to generate your online application print with your specific details/ data. This application print may be retained with you for future requirement.
Please note that you NEED NOT SEND the application by post. Your application will be considered on the basis of your final submission through online. You can check submission, shortlisting, selection and other application related status from Application Status menu. You should remember your login id and password for the same.
