Eligibility and Selection Procedure for BTech in Indian Institute of Information Technology - Allahabad Candidates who have secured 60% aggregate marks or 6.75CGPA on a 10 point grade or equivalent grades in all subjects of qualifying examination i.e. senior secondary [10+2] or equivalent and have a valid SAT Subject Test (earlier known as SAT II) score (in subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics level –II) with a minimum score of 1440 are eligible. Selection Process: Valid score in JEE Advance. |

Application Procedure for BTech in Indian Institute of Information Technology - Allahabad Application Form cum Information Brochure can be obtained from the Institute in person or on request. The request letter must be super scribed “Request for application form for admission to BTech. program”. Complete application form, together with Brochure, is also available from the Institute website www.iiita.ac.in. Application form fee is Rs.700/- (Rs.350/-for SC/ST/OBC candidates) to be paid in cash or through DD of any nationalized bank drawn in favour of ‘IIIT - Allahabad’ payable at Allahabad. In case of downloaded forms from website, DD may accompany the completed application form, without which it shall be summarily rejected. No cost is chargeable for the Brochure which is downloadable free of cost. |
