Pay application form fee by Demand Draft in favour of Holy Cross IMT payable at Calicut.

Submit the filled application form along with DD and required documents to the institute admission office.

Send the printout of the filled application form along with DD towards the application fee in favour of Holy Cross IMT payable at Calicut to the institute. 

Or

Application for can be obtained from the college office on payment of the required application fee. 

Required Documents Attested

1. True copies of 10th and 10+2.

2. Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate.

3. Mark list of the qualifying examination.

4. SC/ ST/ OBC candidates community/nativity certificate if applicable.
