Matriculation/High School Certificate. JEE 2017 Rank (Score) Card. Admit Card of JEE 2017. Haryana Residence Certificate. Schedules Caste Certificate, if applicable. Backward Class Certificate, if applicable. Certificate in respect of Physically Handicapped Candidates, if applicable. Proof of Ex-serviceman, if admission is being sought under “ESM” category.
