Admission Process
The application form is attached in the Prospectus. All applications must be made on prescribed form only. Application, complete in all respects, must be sent under Registered A.D. cover addressed to DIRECTOR, HARYANA SCHOOL OF NURSING, ELLENABAD. Application received after the specified date and incomplete in any respect will be rejected.
The application on the prescribed form must be accompanied with the following documents :
(A) Basic B.Sc. (Nursing)
1. 10th and 10+2 Certificates & Character Certificate.
2. 6 Attested Photographs
3. Physical Fitness Certificate.
4. Migration Certificate for other state students.
5. Documentary proof of SC/ST/BC etc. duly certified by the Competent Authority.
6. Self addressed envelop with six rupees stamp affixed.
(B) Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing)
1. 10+2 certificate.
2. G.N.M. Certificate with 50% in aggregate by any state Nursing Council recognized by INC.
3. Registration (Nurse, Midwife) certificate from any recognized Nursing Council.
4. Physical Fitness Certificate.
5. Migration Certificate for students from other state.
6. Documentary proof of SC / ST / BC etc. duly certified by the competent authority.
Note: Original certificate must be brought at the time of interview.
Incomplete application will not be considered for interview.
Eligible candidates will be called for interview on the date given by HNRC to appear before a board constituted for this purpose and the selection will be made purely on merit basis.
The decision of the selection board will be final
The list of selection candidate will be displayed on the notice board of the institute.
No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate for interview and joining the training course
Students will bear the expensed for traveling, boarding and lodging whenever needed to attend programs in other institute or examination center out of station.
Any student who failed to join on the prescribed date will lose her seat, which will be offered to the next candidate on the waiting list.
If at any level the certificate/affidavit submitted by the candidate is found false she will be expelled from the training & will be liable to legal action.
If the student leaves the training at her own will then she will have to deposit tuition fee for the entire course otherwise legal action will be pursued and she/guardian will have to bear legal chages along with recovery amount
If she is expelled from the training due to any fault./reason/submitting false certificate/affidavit etc. then her case under section 420 will be sent to the police.
