Application in prescribed proforma are invited from eligible candidates for admission against the following Courses including NRI / Management Quota. Candidates may fill up the online application form lying in the left bottom corner of the index page. The application form can be down loaded and sent to the Institution duly filled in along with photograph and all photocopies of relevant documents.

A demand draft of Rs. 200/- drawn in favour of "Gayatri College of Pharmacy" payble at Sambalpur will be remitted along with the application form.
