Eligibility and Selection Procedure for Diploma Program (DP) in Gautham College of Pharmacy Pass 10+2 in any of the examinations with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics. Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examination. Rreservation of seats for SC/ST in accordance with the instructions issued by the Central Govt. /State Govts./Union Territory Admns. as the case may be from time to time. Number of seats alloted to different Test Qualified Candidates separately [AIEEE/CET (State conducted test/University tests)/Association conducted test. Selection-As per the guidelines given by the Government of Karnataka & Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences From Time To Time. |

Application Procedure for Diploma Program (DP) in Gautham College of Pharmacy The candidate shall enclose the following with the application form- Five (5) recent passport photographs with light background Three copies (attested by a Gazetted Officer) of marks card, transfer certificate, migration, and proof of date of birth One copy of character certificate from last educational institute attended. |
