Option 2: Interested candidate should visit admission office of the campus to collect application form
Fill application form
Pay application form Rs. 300/- cash or make DD drawn in favour of the college.
Certificates to be attached with the application
10th std. marks card for birth proof
10 + 2 marks card/PUC marks card
Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended
Conduct certificates from the Institution last attended
Medical Fitness certificate
Identification proof (Voter ID/PAN Card/ Passport/Adhar Card)
Original documents with photo copies in two sets to be produced at the time of admission.
