Attach attested copy of following documents with application form and send or deposit to the institute admission office

List of documents to be attached with application form

1. 10^th, 12^th pass certificate

2. Two additional passport size photographs.

3. Date of Birth proof (10^th standard marks card)

4. Character Certificate not earlier then 6 months.

5. Cast Certificate such as SC, ST,OBC, IRDP issued from competent authority.

6. Entrance test pass result card.

7. Migration certificate from Board/University last attended.

8. Aadhar card.
