- Migration Certificate(Other than Pune University Students)
- Gap Certificate(If Applicable)
- Passport size photographs (3)
- Undertaking for Anti Ragging
In addition to above, 5 Sets (Same sequence) of attested Xerox copies of original certificates are required to be submitted along with above original documents.
