Candidate should fill downloaded form carefully and send it along with Demand Draft of Rs. 500/-in favor of Eternal University, Baru Sahib, payable at State Bank Of India.

Candidate need to send filled application form along with required documents attested by the appropriate authority and DD to the College at the following address.

5. Medical Certificate by an MBBS Doctor
6. 5 Photos , 2 each mother, father, guardian

9. Proof or residence-Voter id, Aadhar card, passport, ration card etc.
10. Stam paper of Rs. 50/-as per performa given in the prospectus
