Please retain the photocopy of the filled-in form for future reference.
Affix the photo in filled application form and enclose the following:
a) Certificates and Marksheets in support of your educational qualifications.
b) Additional certificates and honours in support of work experiences, achievements and the like.
c) ST/SC/BC/OBC certificate, if applicable.
d) Age Certificate / Class Ten Admit Card.
e) Bank Draft of Rs. 1,000/- without qualifying test. (Rs. 100/- extra in case the candidate is required to appear for DBU-PGET ) towards Application form.
Demand draft should be drawn in favor of 'DON BOSCO INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT' payable at Guwahati .
