Fill the form carefully.
Attach the scanned copy of fee receipt and submit the form. You can print the form if desired.
After this the registration confirmation letter will be sent to your registered email ID.

Deposit the Registration fee through DD/Cheque- in favour of DOLPHIN PG COLLEGE OF SCIENCE & AGRICULTURE, Payable at Chunnikalan/ Chandigarh.
