When a student gets the counseling letter from GGSIP University, Delhi to the effect that he/she is eligible to get admission in DITM, he/she should report to the College within the stipulated time and complete the following formalities – 

Fill up the Admission form attached in the prospectus and submit it in the college office together with 10 Passport sized photographs. 

Following documents in original and three sets of their photocopies duly attested by a gazetted officer are to be submitted along with the admission form – 

• Pass certificate of class X
• Mark sheet of class XII
• Counseling letter from GGSIP University, Delhi
• AIEEE Rank card
• CET Rank card and Admit Card
• Character certificate from the institution last attended
• Migration certificate from the institution last attended
• Medical fitness certificate from an MBBS Registered Medical Practitioner
• SC/ST/OBC/Kashmiri migrant certificate (If applicable)
• Gap year affidavit duly attested by a Notary in case a student has a gap year/years after having passed class XII examination
