Make Demand Draft favour of Columbia Nursing College, payable at Bangalore. 

• Rs. 400/- for B.Sc. Nursing/ Post Basic Nursing,
• Rs. 500/- for M.Sc. Nusing.

Attach  required documents

Submit filled application form along with photocopy of following documents to the college.

Certificates to be attached  with the application

• 10th std. marks card  for birth proof
• 10 + 2 marks card
• Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended
• Conduct certificates from the Institution last attended
• Medical Fitness certificate
• Identification proof (Voter ID/PAN Card/ Passport/Adhar Card)
• A Demand Draft for Rs. 400/- towards the application fee in favour of Columbia Nursing College, payable at Bangalore.

Original documents with photo copies in two sets to be produced at the time of admission

• 10th std. marks card  for birth proof
• 10 + 2 marks card/ PUC marks card
• Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended
• Conduct Certificates from the Institution last attended
• Medical Fitness certificate
• Migration Certificates
• Selected non Karnataka candidates should obtain Eligibility Certificates from the RGUHS
• Photographs – 4 ( 2 passport size and 2 stamp size )
• Embassy Certificate (NRI students)

M.Sc. in  Nursing

Certificates to be attached with the application 

• B.Sc. / PBB.Sc. Degree Certificate
• Registration Certificates from the Nursing Council
• 10th Standard Certificate for birth proof
• Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended
• Professional experience certificate for one complete year after obtaining B.Sc. /PBB.Sc. Nursing degree registration
• Medical Fitness  certificates
• Voter ID/PAN Card/ Passport/Adhar Card for Identification proof 
• A Demand Draft for Rs. 500/- towards the application fee in favour of Columbia College of Nursing, payable at Bangalore.
