Attach required following documents

• SSC/Inter/Dip./Degree or its equivalent certificate (photocopy) for ascertaining date of birth
• Marks sheet of Intermediate (10+2)/Dip/UG or its equivalent (Photocopy)
• NATA/JEE/PGECET-2019 Hall Ticket (Photocopy) & SAR/JEE/PGECET -2019 Rank Card
• Registration fee of Rs. 1000/- in the form of crossed bank demand draft drawn in favour of “CSIIT, Secunderabad” payable at Secunderabad. 

Send to the institute admission office. 

Note: Candidate must bring two copies of the application (Original and photocopy). With enclosures to the college and obtain acknowledgement on the photocopy with registration number at the time of admission.
