Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline recognized by Association of Indian Universities. And 2 year's working experience in Supervisory/Executive Cadre after having obtained the Bachelor's Degree. 

  
In selecting the candidate for admission weightage will be given to- 

(a)Performance in the selection program
    (i.e. written test, group discussion and/or personal Interview) conducted by the Institute. 
(b) The level and nature of practical experience 
(c) Scholastic record of the candidate

Applicants are required to submit the following at the time of payment of fees:

• Certified true copy of Marks Sheet of Bachelor's Degree Examination
• Certified true copy of any other University Degree and / or Professional Diploma, if any.
• Certified true copy of Practical Experience Certificate (if practical experience is in more than one company a separate work experience certificate signed by the employer stating clearly the nature of work experience, is to be submitted)
