Candidate should hold Bachelor's Degree in any stream with minimum 50% marks,  45% for SC/ST/OBC.

Reservatios:

85% seats are reserved for the wards of Bonafide residents of HP. For the remaining subsidized seats following reservations, as per H.P. U. Roster are available in all the three streams viz. Non Medical, Medical and Arts/commerce.
