Selection Process

Admission to the Law programs (UG/PG) are based on score secured in CLAT/AILET/XLET / BGU.

Admission to the UG and PG program is based on marks obtained in 10+2 exam.

Admission to the MBA program is based on CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ Birla Global University Entrance Test (BGUET) score personal interview and group discussion.

Admission to the Ph.D program will be given on the entrance test. 

candidates who have qualified UGC-NET (including JRF)/ UGC-CSIR NET/ SLET/ GATE/Teacher Fellowship or have passed M.Phil through entrance test are exempted from PhD Entrance Test.

Payment application fee Rs. 1,150/- can be paid by using any of the following mode

• Net Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card     
• Sending Demand draft drawn in favour of “ Birla Global University ” payable at Bhubaneswar

Step-2.

i. On submission of the application it will be processed to verify the eligibility of the applicant.

ii. eligible candidate will be intimated about the date and venue of selection process

Tentative GD/ PI Venues- Ahemdabad, Bangaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Cochin, Dehradun, Hyderabad, Indore, Ranchi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Patna, Thiruvanthapuram, Pune, and Greater Noida.

Step-3.

i.  Applicant must carry photo copy/ Xerox copy of his/her mark sheet of all last qualifying examinations along with GDPI call letter.

Step-4.

In selection process candidate will have to go through following steps-

• Essay on a given topic for about 300 words  to evaluate writing ability 
• Group Discussion- to evaluate the team spirit, communication, body language etc. 
• Personal Interview  to evaluate career objective, extra-curricular etc.

Step-5.

Selected process

• Career Performance
• Performance in selection process
• Performance in CAT/ XAT/ CMAT / MAT / Entrance Examination conducted by BGU

Step-6.

• University will issue Admission offer letters to the finally selected candidates 
• Candidates within 7 days of receiving offer letter require to send a confirmation to confirmation to the university 

Candiate has to submit fee in 15 days after selection.
