Application form must be accompanied by

Enclosures: 

1. Three attested copy of high school certificate as a proff of bith.
2. Three attested copy of marksheet of 10+2 or equivalent examination on the basisi of which the candidate is seeking admission.
3. Three attested copy of certificate/marksheet of any other examination (S)passed by the candidate.
4. Original character certificate from the head of the Institute last attende, without which the application will not be entertained.
5. Original migration certificate with two attested copies issued by the board of university last attended.
6. Cast certificate except general category.
7. Haryana residence certificate (to be submitted by candidates who is seeking admission through state quota.
