Apply in simple ‘TWO’ steps for BLDEU-MBBS COUNSELLING CUM ADMISSION

1. step:  register for online application with required authentic information

2. step: fill-up online application & remit online payment and take print of the application aftercompleting all information.

Instructions to candidates for filling the application form.

a. Payment of Counselling application fees Rs. 1,000/- shall be paid ONLINE only.Take the print of Online Payment Receipt and keep a copy for record.

b. To generate the application form, Data Entry has to be made properly and completely, asthis data form, University data base and will be considered as final record.

c. The completed application form must have the signature of the candidate, left thumbimpression, signature of candidate's parent/guardian

d. DO NOT SEND HARD COPY OF THE APPLICATION & ANY ORIGINALDOCUMENTS TO THE UNIVERSITY

Admission Fees:

The candidate has to pay the Tuition fees, Caution money, Eligibility & misc. fee at the time ofallotment of seat, by Demand draft should be drawn in favour of ‘The Registrar, BLDEUniversity, payable at VIJAYAPUR (Bijapur)-586103, Karnataka

Documents to be furnished in original at the time of Counselling.

1. NEET UG Admit Card

2. NEET UG Result Sheet / Rank Card

3.  10th/ 10+2 class Marks Card and Passing certificate

4. Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority if 10th class certificate does not contain proof of date of birth.

5. PUC II / 10+2 / 12th Standard or equivalent examination marks card and Passing certificate.

6. Migration Certificate (wherever applicable)

7. Transfer Certificate.

8. Character and Conduct certificate.

9. Study certificates for Ten Years (between 1 st standard to 12th standard)

10. Authentication letter from the College where the candidate has completed 10+2 or PUC-II or HSC (APPENDIX I). BLDEU-NEET

11. Candidate and Parent PAN Card Copy.

12. An affidavit in the format as per APPENDIX - II signed by candidate and countersigned by Parent/Guardian in the presence of Public Notary on a stamp paper of Rs. 100/-

13. Three Recent passport-size coloured photographs with name and date.

14. Candidates claiming Admission under SC / ST / Locomotor disability category and OBC (Karnataka state only) as declared by Government of India / Karnataka shall furnish the certificates to that effect issued by the competent authority (in English version).

15. Domicile certificate for Karnataka OBC candidates.

16. DDs (of any Nationalized Bank / Scheduled Bank ‘payable at Vijayapura (Bijapur)-586103, Karnataka’) for tuition fees and other fees.

17. Five sets of self attested photocopies of the above mentioned documents arranged in same order.

MD/MS Admission Process

Application Form is available online at www.bldeu.in. Only those candidates, who satisfy or likely to satisfy the following relevant eligibility requirements for admission to Post Graduate courses will be considered eligible to appear for the BLDE PGET and subsequently for admission to the courses

Hard copy of the generated application form along with relevant enclosures should be sent to the University

If paid through DD please ensure that: Demand Draft for Rs. 4,000/- is drawn in favour of "The Registrar, BLDE University, payable at Vijayapura (Bijapur)-586103"

The completed form shall be sent to "The Registrar, BLDE University, Smt. Bangaramma Sajjan Campus, Sholapur Road, Vijayapura (Bijapur)-586103", Karnataka State, India
