Candidates should pass 10+2 in Science with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Candidate should be medically fit.

One has to obtain a certificate in GNM (General Nursing Midwifery) and register him/ herself as RNRM (Registered Nurse Registered Midwife) from the State Nurses Registration Council.

Minimum marks shall be secured 45% for General, 40% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ ST Category.

Minimum age for the course required in 17 years.
