The Aladi Aruna Foundation was stabled in 2007. It was setup in memory of Mr. Aladi Aruna – born in a humble family in a small village called Aladipatti, in Tirunelveli district. It is constructed in a sprawling campus, spread over 40 acres of land Aladi Aruna College of Nursing has world class physical infrastructure.
It is located as Sivalarkulam, 5 Kms from Alangulam Bus Stand on Tirunelveli Tenkasi Highway and well connected to the Railway station.
The College was started after obtaining permission from the Government of Tamil Nadu, the College is Affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University and recognized by the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council. The Indian Nursing council also has recognized the college.
