Document should be attached following documents

1. 10th Certificate.

2. 10+2 Certificate.

3. Character Certificate from last School/College left.

4. Migration Certificate.

5. Medical Certificate by the MBBS Doctor.

6. Aadhar Card (Mandatory).

7. 5x Snaps Student, 2 each Mother, Father, Guardian 8. Anti-Ragging Certificate.

9. All the DMCs and Diploma Certificate duly attested (Both for UG & PG Students).

10. JEE/HPTU Exam Score Card duly attested (Both for UG and PG students).

11. All the DMCs and Degree duly attested by the Postgraduate students.

12. Himachali Bonafide Certificate.

13. An Indemnity Bond by the student, two affidavits i.e. (one by the Student and one by the Parent) for Hostel Facilities on a stamp paper of Rs 50/- each (Will be provided by the University on arrival of the student).

14. SC/ST/BC/Physical Handicapped/Outstanding Sports Person certificate.
