or

through Post  by sending DD of Rs. 550/- in favour of Adwaita Mission Training College payable at UCO BANK, Mandar Vidyapith Branch,Banka.

Filled  appliction form with required document  and send to theCollege.

• Community Certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC
• Proof of Age & Date of Birth
• Self-attested copies of Certificates and Marksheets  from Secondary to Graduation / Post-Graduation level
• Physically Disabled Certificate
• Two recent identical attested passport size Photographs

• Secondary Examination Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
• Caste Certificate issued by a Competent Authority
• College Leaving / Transfer Certificate
• Character Certificate from the last Institution studied
• Migration Certificate in case of passing out from other University than T.M. Bhagalpur University
• Two recent identical attested passport size Photographs
