The candidate should be a registered midwife or a registered nurse with a State Nursing Registration Council
The minimum education requirement is passing B.Sc Nursing/B.Sc Hons Nursing/ Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks
The candidate should have graduated from a council recognized institution in either B.Sc Nursing/ B.Sc Hons Nursing/ Post Basic B.Sc Nursing
