Admission to  the B.Pharm program is based on Score obtained in HPCET.

Visit  institute admission office to collect the application form

Fill application form and attach following documents with the application form

1. Attested copy of the 10th Certificate.

2. Attested copy of the 10+2 certificate

3. Attested Character Certificate issued by the head of Institution last attended

4. Attested copy of the relevant certificates, if admission is sought under a Reserved Category.

Candidate has to show the original documents during the time of admission.
