1) VED VYAS SCHOLARSHIP
This is a merit-based scholarship applicable to students who have secured top three positions in 12th standard in their respective boards (CBSE/ ISC/ State Boards) and students who have taken JEE (Mains). The scholarships are awarded depending upon the score secured in the examination.
A) Board Toppers:
Rank and Scholarship
First: 100% of Tuition Fee
Second: 75% of Tuition Fee
Third: 50% of Tuition Fee
B) Merit in JEE
All India Rank and Scholarship
Upto 25000: 100% of Tuition Fee.
Upto 25000 to 35000: 75% of Tuition Fee.
Upto 35000 to 45000: 50% of Tuition Fee.
The application form should be supported with qualifying examination certificates.
This scholarship will not cover the other expenses such as hostel accommodation, mess, books, etc.
2) VIKRAM SCHOLARSHIP
This is a merit-cum-means scholarship applicable to students who have secured minimum 90% marks (PCM) or 80% marks (Arts/ Commerce) in 12th standard in the respective boards (CBSE/ ISC/ State Boards). The quantum of scholarship shall be determined based on annual income of parents.
Annual income of parents and Scholarship
Upto Rs. 4 lakhs: 100% of Tuition Fee.
Rs. 4 lakhs to Rs. 6 lakhs: 75% of Tuition Fee.
Rs. 6 lakhs to Rs. 8 lakhs: 50% of Tuition Fee.
Rs. 8 lakhs to Rs. 10 lakhs: 25% of Tuition Fee.
The application form should be supported with appropriate certificates.
The necessary documents showing the income statements of the family members/ guardians and bank statement for last six months should be submitted.
This scholarship will not cover the other expenses such as mess, hostel accommodation, books, etc.
3) ARJUN SCHOLARSHIP
This is a sports scholarship applicable to students who have participated and won medal/s at national and international level.
Category and Scholarship
Won medal/s in International Championships: 50% of Tuition Fee.
Won medal/s in National tournaments: 35% of Tuition Fee.
Participated in the International Championship: 25% of Tuition Fee.
Participated in National Tournaments: 15% of Tuition Fee.
The scholarship application must be supported with relevant certificates.
The sport must be recognized by Indian Olympic Council (IOC)
This scholarship will not cover the other expenses such as mess, hostel accommodation, books, etc.
4) CHANAKYA SCHOLARSHIP
This is a teaching assistance scheme applicable to students who have demonstrated excellent academic performance and are desirous of contributing to the university. The student is expected to contribute a specific number of hours per week and per month in assisting teaching and development activities of the university.

5) ARYABHATA SCHOLARSHIP
This is a research assistance scheme applicable to students who have demonstrated excellent academic performance and are desirous of contributing to the university. The student is expected to contribute a specific number of hours per week and per month in assisting the research and development activities of the university.

6) SUDAMA SCHOLARSHIP
This is a need-based, earn-and-learn scheme applicable to students who are desirous of contributing to the university in some way and wish to earn to support their education. The student is expected to contribute a specific number of hours per week and per month in assisting the research and development activities of the university.

7) ASHOKA SCHOLARSHIP
This is a performance-based scholarship applicable to students who have demonstrated extraordinary performance during the academic year. This scholarship will be awarded based on the overall performance of students in various activities along with academic excellence.
Rank and Scholarship
First: 50% of Tuition Fee
Second: 35% of Tuition Fee
Third: 25% of Tuition Fee
Separate applications are to be submitted at the end of academic year.
This scholarship will not cover the other expenses such as mess, hostel accommodation, books, etc.
8) MP GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP
This scholarship is applicable to the students belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC category. The scholarship is administered by the Government of Madhya Pradesh based on annual income of the family. Students with family income below Rs. 3,00,000/- are eligible to apply.
SELECTION
The scholarship application form should be submitted by the applicant to the University office after getting admission.
The eligible candidates desirous of scholarship are required to fill the scholarship form during the admission process.
The norms for selection will be the sole prerogative of Avantika Admission Committee.
The scholarship amount will be calculated only on tuition fees and is applicable for 1st year only.
The students fulfilling more than one eligibility criteria will be considered only as per higher preference mentioned in the scheme and will be eligible for only one type of scholarship in a year.
RENEWAL
The continuation of all scholarships is dependent on consistently high academic performance. The students are expected to meet pre-defined academic standards for continuation of scholarship.
The scholarship can be renewed based on the performance in the university examination, attendance, and character and conduct certified by the Dean.
The renewal of sports scholarship depends on the performance in sports after admission in university.
The scholarship shall stand discontinued, if the student is found guilty of any misconduct or indiscipline.
