JELET 2020 is conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) in order to shortlist interested candidate for admission in Lateral Entry programs offered at Presidency University, Kolkata.
The JELET 2020 dates have been released and the JELET exam will be conducted on 28 June 2020.
The process to fill the PUBDET 2020 application forms will be started on on 26 March 2020
Pattern of Question Papers
The paper will contain 100 MCQ ( Multiple- Choice Questions) type, with four options against each question.
Each question carries 1 marks, full mark of the paper is 100 and duration of the test 2 hours.
The question will be in English language only.
The paper consists of various section depending on the qualifying Diploma /B.Sc.exam the candidate has passed / appeared/ appearing.

Scoring Methodology
a) Al questions will have four answer options
b) Only one option is correct
C) Correct response will yield 2 marks.
d) Incorrect response will yield-- 1/2 (25% negative) marks.
e) For any combination of response with more than one option, the said answer will be treated as incorrect and will yield 1/2 (25% negative) marks
f) Not attempting the question will carry zero marks.

A Hard copy of admit card
A copy of colour photograph as was uploaded during online application
Any photo identity card in original such as Adhaar card/ Pan card/ Passport/ Voter Card/ 10th standard admit card/Schoo -Id Card.

Diploma holder in engineering/technology will choose any 3 of the following 17 zones in order if their perference
Bankura, Asansol, Durgapur, Burdwan, Coocherbehar, Siliguri, Srirampur, Howrah, Kokata-Central, Kokata- North/Salt lake, Kokata- south, Malda, Kharagpur, Haldia, Behrampur, Kalyanai, Agratala
