Downloaded  relevant form of course.

Fill downloaded form properly.

Attach scanned copies of all the required documents including marks-sheets and certificates of the examinations passed from recognised institution/ board/ university and the other documents as indicated in the admission form.

Once your admission is approved you will be required to submit 5 copies of your recent photograph along with the DD covering the first installment of the fees of your course.
