Candidates B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering) Degree or any Degree recognized by the university as equivalent to it are eligible for admission.

Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks are only eligible to write the entrance test.

Candidates who have appeared for B.Tech. Final examination and awaiting results are also eligible to apply for admission.

Selection Process: Valid score in GATE.

If sufficient number of candidates with GATE qualification not available for admission, candidates who have not passed the GATE examination will also be considered for admission against the remaining seats on the basis of their performance at the entrance test (PGECET) conducted by the Government of Telangana State.
