10^th standard or its equivalent marks card (Original)

10+2 or its equivalent marks card (Original)

All 3 year marks statement of Bachelor’s degree

Provisional degree certificate from the college last attended or degree certificate from the University

Caste certificate (Original)

Income certificate (Original)

Transfer Certificate (Original)

Migration certificate from the university where the degree was completed

Documents to be provided at the time of admission for UG program

Original marks cards of 12th Std. / PUC

Original Transfer Certificate of 12th Std. / PUC

Address proof : any copy of Ration Card / Telephone Bills / Gas Bill

Original Migration Certificate (Only for Non – Karnataka)

Passport Size Photographs (5 Nos)

Proof of Caste, If other than GM (SC, ST & CAT – I compulsory)

Students admitted in the  Institution should have at least one set of photo copies of all the documents mentioned above along with 5 passport and 5 stamp size colour photographs.

The students belonging to SC/ST and other categories should submit photo copies of caste certificate, income certificate while applying for students scholarships.
