Fill downloaded form
Attach required documents along with filled up form and submit to the college.
- Self attested copies of the mark lists of the quality and other examinations.
- Self attested copies of the Pass Certificate/ Provisional or Degree Certificate of the qualifying examinations; relevant 10th class pages to prove age.
Candidates should report to the college office with the following documents in original.
1. Certificate to prove date of birth – 10th Class Marks card.
2.Transfer Certificate (TC) and Conduct Certificate from the Institution last attended.
3. Mark lists of the qualifying examination (Higher Secondary or equivalent) and the Pass certificate (if applicable).
4. Mark lists of all parts of B.A/ B.Sc., M.A/ M.Sc. Degree examinations and Degree Certificates (if applicable).
5. Eligibility Certificate from any University in Kerala, in case of candidates who have passed a qualifying examination from other Universities outside state.
6. Migration Certificate, if applicable.
7. Any other documents required to be produced by the Head of Institution such as certificate to prove SC/ ST/ OBC, Community, Income, etc.
8. Four passport size photos.
9. Take sufficient number of photocopies of the certificates before you submit those to the college office.
